Like those!

I want to do some beginner photography, so I was wondering of the best-quality, cheapest camera out there.

I'm not looking for something great, and I don't expect a cheap camera to be, so don't lecture me on that please.Cheapest non-digital camera out there for a beginner?
The first example is a Nikon D80. This is a digital SLR.

The second example looks like some sort of land camera:

For serious photography, you can find used manual SLRs with a lens on eBay for under $50. Some key brands to look for: Zenit, Praktica, Pentax. Old Nikon and Canon cameras have developed a cult-like following so they've become pretty expensive.

If you're looking for something like ';pop'; photography (lomo, Polaroid, etc.), you can find these cameras on eBay and at specialty sites. Just be wary of what film it takes and what the working condition is.Cheapest non-digital camera out there for a beginner?
You can find good used Nikon 35 mm cameras with a standard lens for under $200 on craigslist in a city near you.

Samples.
