In Beginner Novice level are you allowed to use a jumping saddle in all three events? (at three day events)?

I know you are allowed to use a jumping saddle in x-country and stadium, (duh. lol) I'm mainly wondering about the dressage.In Beginner Novice level are you allowed to use a jumping saddle in all three events? (at three day events)?
Up to 2004 you could do so. But you would be much more comfortable in a dressage saddle. Try E bay for a used one.
