Forget the ';every muscle 3 times a week'; You should do 2 muscles every time you go to the gym. Make it a point to work out 5 days a week and rest 2 days. Never do the same muscle for 2 days straight (besides abs). When you workout, your tearing your muscles and they need at least a day to recover. Workout at least an hour everytime you go. Try to do a lil bit of abs everyday. Here is a good workout schedule....its helped me grow a lil bigger and increased my strength.

Monday: Chest %26amp; Triceps...abs

Tuesday: Back %26amp; Biceps...abs

Wednesday: Legs %26amp; Forearms...abs

Thursday:Rest

Friday: Shoulders...abs

Saturday: Chest %26amp; Triceps...abs

Sunday: Rest

...keep the rotation so that you are working a different muscle everyday.

And if your like me and are trying to gain size and strength check out your local sports nutrition store for some protein shakes and maybe even testosterone booster.Im a beginner of working out,so how should i start?
nah first you should stretch first like 10 minutes and then do cardio for 30 minutes and then if you are a beginner, you should start with light weights first, and then each week keep increasing the weights if you can. After a good workout stretch again, and if you want to build up faster , drink protein shake! eat alot of protein

If want strength, do heavy weights with low reps, like 10x out of 3 reps. if you want to tone your muscles do light weights, and high reps like 10x out of 10 reps
I think that the first week you should do alot of warm ups and walk. After the first week then you should start with a number of reps that you consider fair and then after a week or two challenge yourself and add more sets to your workout.
You stretch before you workout is the first thing you do at the beginning of a workout.
