What are some good beginner books to read about wicca besides Scott Cunningham?

I am converting and would like to find more info....PLEASE! no one give me an answer like ';read the bible'; or ';stay true to whoever or youll burn in hell'; ...cuz its my choice and my life not yours and it doesnt answer my question at all Thank YouWhat are some good beginner books to read about wicca besides Scott Cunningham?

Try John and Caitlin matthews. They are Celtic Shaman and practise the Craft. They have many many books on the market.

Cunningham is good from a practical standpoint, but as time has gone by I've become less and less trusting of his views on the religion itself. Not to say he's atrocious by any means... like any author, you should take what he says with a grain of salt.

sorry. i just don't know any good books. if you do want to study from books, i'd recommend picking a tradition first. traditions are the word wiccans use that's similar to the christian denominations. anyways, then you can pick a book about that tradition. it might be less confusing that way.
There are no ';good' books about learning wicca.
