Try John and Caitlin matthews. They are Celtic Shaman and practise the Craft. They have many many books on the market.
Check out

';Wicca for Dummies';
Here's a recommended reading list that I agree with.

You could also check out the Pagan Wiccan Times. They also have a good recommended reading list broken down by subject, and you can read the book reviews there as well.

And of course, The Witches' Voice is a great site for reading and networking.

Cunningham is good from a practical standpoint, but as time has gone by I've become less and less trusting of his views on the religion itself. Not to say he's atrocious by any means... like any author, you should take what he says with a grain of salt.
http://wicca.timerift.net has a good booklist
Stay away from wicca if you can help it...I suggest ceremonial/ritual magick.
Look for orders in your area...chaos magick is the best form because it is nondogmatic

it's a website, not a book. but it's a site written by wiccans, for wiccans.

sorry. i just don't know any good books. if you do want to study from books, i'd recommend picking a tradition first. traditions are the word wiccans use that's similar to the christian denominations. anyways, then you can pick a book about that tradition. it might be less confusing that way.
There are no ';good' books about learning wicca.
Hmm. I don't know why I don't just go through I ';thumbsdown'; all these answers.
And since you didn't address your question to Wiccans only, I guess I can answer.
